What is Temporary Work?

Temporary work corresponds to a short, medium, or long-term work assignment. This assignment depends on the needs of client companies. They use temporary work in case of a heavy workload, an employee's absence, or seasonal work.
Throughout the assignment, you will be a collaborator of GRH at the service of the client company. This is a flexible formula for companies and a way for you to gain more experience and ultimately secure a permanent position.

Your Mission Contract:

Within 48 hours of accepting your assignment, a work contract, designated as the "mission contract" and binding you to GRH , will be given to you in two copies. Each assignment is subject to a written contract that binds you to GRH. You must legalize the contracts upon receipt and return one copy to GRH .
Depending on its activity, the client company may stop the assignment without notice.
What information is included in the mission contracts?

  • The name of the client company.
  • The reason why the client company needs your skills.
  • The duration of your assignment.
  • The agreed professional qualification for the mission.
  • The specific characteristics of your position.
  • The terms of your remuneration.
  • The potential trial period.
  • Any allowances granted to you.

What Are the Benefits for You?
